THE CREW
Meet the faces that keep the ranch running and the cows in the right pasture.

Tyler + Michelle
Ranch Manager
Tyler has been managing the Watson Ranch since 2019 and was the ranch foreman for 3 years prior. Tyler grew up running cattle in south central Missouri with his family. He attended the University of Missouri and has a degree in Agriculture Education--Leadership with an emphasis in Animal Science. While at college he met Michelle where they worked together at the University's Beef Research & Teaching Farm. After college, they married and moved to Iowa to develop heifers for a large commercial cattle operation.
Michelle has an Animal Science degree from the University of Missouri, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography from the University of Oklahoma. Michelle works full time at a hospital in Tulsa, so she mostly works behind the scenes on the paperwork and online side of the ranch.
Tyler + Michelle are both active in their community. Supporting the youth is important to both of them and serve on boards of Okmulgee County Spring Livestock Show, Okmulgee County Cattlemen's Association, Oklahoma Red Angus Association and Red Angus Association of America. Together they have big goals for the future of Watson Ranch and enjoy raising the next generation in the ranching lifestyle.

Jared + Hannah
Ranch Foreman
Jared and Hannah grew up in Southwest Houston. After graduating from Texas Tech in 2022, Jared moved to Southeast New Mexico to work on a commercial cow/calf operation. Hannah graduated from UT Tyler in 2022, and has since pursued a career as a middle school math teacher. After becoming engaged in 2025, Jared decided to attend TCU's Ranch Management Program where he graduated in May of 2026. He joined the Watson Ranch in June of 2026, and is excited to continue to learn and grow with the ranch.
MEET THE TEAM
We couldn't do any of this without these guys that keep the day to day operations going. We deeply appreciate all the hard work they do.

Ethan
Ethan grew up in Alex, OK and currently attends OSU IT for Natural gas and compression maintenance. In his free time he enjoys fishing and hanging out with family. He began working for Watson Ranch in January 2026. Ethan says his favorite thing about the ranch is the management and how flexible they are with his school schedule and the diverse environment, we are always doing something different. Upon graduation Ethan plans to get a job in his field and travel the country.

Louis
Lou grew up on a small cattle ranch in Wilson, OK and attends Beggs High School. He likes to fish, hunt and occasionally play baseball. He plans to ranch when he gets out of school and can see himself still working here in 5 years. His favorite thing to do on the ranch is to work cows because its always a hoot doing it. He also likes to weld on equipment when needed.
